•·         Check wheel bearings - adjust if necessary

•·         Check wheel nut tension

•·         Check tyre pressure and wear pattern

•·         Grease and adjust coupling

•·         Visual inspection of suspension

•·         Visual inspection of axle and chassis

•·         Check brakes (if applicable)

•·         Adjust hand brake (if applicable)

•·         Check lights

•·         Check gas lines and operation of gas cooker (if applicable)

•·         Check dust seals to tail gate and bed base

•·         Check adjustment of over centre latches on tail gate and bed base

•·         Check and lubricate stabiliser legs

•·         Check jockey wheel operation

Any additional work and/or parts required will be advised and quoted by phone before proceeding

•·         Remove, clean, inspect and repack wheel bearings

•·         Check wheel nut tension

•·         Check tyre pressure and wear pattern

•o   Drums for wear

•o   Magnet face

•o   Remove magnet and check for wear on arm and magnet

•o   Inspect shoes and backing plate

•o   Inspect bushes for movement

•o   Adjust hand brake (if applicable)

•·         Check lights

•·         Check gas lines and operation of gas cooker (if applicable)

•·         Check dust seals to tail gate and bed base

•·         Check adjustment of over centre latches on tail gate and bed base

•·         Check and lubricate stabiliser legs

•·         Check jockey wheel operation
